 Steffy's Vacation Getaways acts solely as an independent contractor and agent for travel suppliers including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We do not own or operate these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. 

 A deposit is required to secure reservations. Final payment must be made by the supplier’s deadline. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation and loss of funds. Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full and are subject to change. 

 All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier and may include full loss of funds. Agency service fees are non-refundable. Refund processing timelines are controlled by the supplier. 

 Changes requested after booking may incur supplier and/or agency fees. Changes are subject to availability and possible fare increases. 

 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation penalties, medical emergencies, delays, and lost baggage. Clients declining coverage assume full financial risk. 

 Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, identification, and required health documentation. No refunds will be provided for denied boarding due to improper documentation. 

 In the event of pricing errors, tax increases, or fuel surcharges imposed by suppliers, clients are responsible for additional amounts prior to travel. 

 All services are provided by independent suppliers. Steffy's Vacation Getaways is not liable for injury, loss, delay, accident, or irregularity caused by any supplier or event beyond our control. 

 We are not responsible for events beyond our control including natural disasters, weather, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

 Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for services properly rendered. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days after travel completion to mssteffysvacations@att.net or 702-219-9179.
